We are a London-based team specialising in fully hosted gaming events for children’s birthdays, teen celebrations and larger group occasions.

We do not simply drop off equipment. We install the setup properly, stay to run the games and make sure the whole experience flows smoothly from start to finish.
Most of our work is with families across North, South, East and West London, as well as parts of the South East. We create organised, high-energy celebrations in homes, gardens and hired venues.
Our experience has taught us what keeps players engaged and how to make the day enjoyable for everyone, including the parents.

Humble beginnings
It Started With One Xbox
The idea did not begin with a business plan. It started at a friend’s house. We had been invited to a birthday gathering and were asked to bring an Xbox so the children had something to play.
What was meant to be a small distraction quickly became the centre of the party. The children organised matches, others gathered around to watch, and the living room became the most popular place in the house. It was not only that they were playing. It was how involved everyone became.
One console and a few controllers completely changed the atmosphere of the party.

The idea takes shape
From a Living Room to a Full Experience
On the drive home the next day, the idea stayed with us. The setup had been basic, yet it had transformed the celebration. We saw a gap for something more structured: a proper gaming setup run in a way that kept the experience organised, fair and exciting.
The planning began with a clear purpose. Rather than simply renting consoles, we would create a complete experience with multiple systems, proper screens, enough controllers for group play and, most importantly, someone there to manage it all.
What started with bringing an Xbox to a friend’s party became the foundation for a professional, reliable service built on first-hand experience.

The person behind the planning, setup and hosting that turns a collection of consoles into a properly organised gaming party.
The idea for Gaming Party London began when Tom brought an Xbox to a friend’s birthday gathering. The children quickly organised their own matches, gathered around the screen and turned a simple setup into the centre of the celebration.
That experience shaped the service offered today: bring enough equipment for group play, prepare everything before guests arrive and stay throughout the event to keep the games flowing and every player involved.
