Anyone from approximately age 7 to 99 can enjoy a gaming party. We host events for children, teenagers, adults, schools, corporate teams and private groups.

Yes. Gaming parties can be arranged for adult birthdays, family celebrations, weddings, corporate events and other private occasions.

Yes. We provide hosted gaming for schools, youth groups, offices, team-building sessions, company celebrations and larger organised events.

Capacity depends on the selected package and venue. Our largest Ultimate and Tent Party packages are suitable for groups of up to 22 players.

Yes. The host can organise games, matches and player rotations so guests with different experience levels can take part.

Select a package, choose the group details, select an available date and time, add it to your cart, enter your information and complete the order to receive confirmation.

Choose according to your group size, preferred equipment, available space and required playing time. The package pages explain what is included in each option.

Bronze and Silver are 1.5 hours, Gold starts from 1.5 hours, Ultimate is 1.5 hours and the Tent Party is 2.5 hours.

Your booking is confirmed after you complete the online order and receive confirmation with your booking details.

Contact us as soon as possible with the booking details and the requested change. Any amendment depends on availability and the applicable booking terms.

Depending on the package, equipment can include PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Wii U, VR, Daytona USA with steering wheels and pedals, retro games and a gaming tent.

Yes. A professional host stays during the booked session to manage games, matches and player rotations.

No. Venue access is arranged before the session so the equipment can be installed and tested before gameplay begins.

Space depends on the package. If you have comfortable space for six children, we can usually fit a smaller equipment setup.

We can set up at suitable homes, halls, schools, offices and event venues when the space, access and power requirements are met.

Yes. The Tent Party package includes a 5 metre by 5 metre gaming tent and the equipment for a complete outdoor gaming experience, subject to suitable access and space.

Yes. The venue must provide suitable working power sockets for the gaming equipment. Access details should be supplied before the event.

Our standard service area is within 25 miles of BR1 2EJ, covering many locations across London and selected parts of the South East.

Locations farther than 25 miles from BR1 2EJ may be considered individually. Contact us with the event postcode, date and package required.

We arrive before the booked session, install and test the package equipment, host the gaming time and pack everything away afterwards.
