A home gaming party removes the need to search for a venue, transport guests somewhere unfamiliar or organise entertainment separately. We bring the equipment included in your package and build the gaming area in the space agreed before the event.
Your host connects and tests the consoles, monitors and controllers, then manages the session once the guests are ready. Player rotations allow the group to experience different stations while keeping the party organised inside your home.
You provide the room and power. We provide the gaming setup, technical knowledge and hosted entertainment.
Choosing the right room
Living rooms, dining rooms, converted garages and other clear indoor spaces may be suitable. The best room has safe access, sufficient ventilation, nearby power and enough room for players to sit and move between stations comfortably. Tell us about the available space when booking so we can match it to the right package.

How much space do I need for a gaming party at home?+
If you have enough suitable space for at least six children, we can usually arrange a gaming setup. The exact requirement depends on the package, room shape and number of players.
What do I need to prepare before the team arrives?+
Please clear the agreed setup area, make working power sockets available and provide accurate parking and access instructions. We bring the gaming equipment included in your package.
Can you set up in a flat or upstairs room?+
This may be possible when there is safe access for the equipment. Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking restrictions and the route into the property before booking.
Will the gaming party host protect our home?+
The host manages the equipment and gameplay throughout the session. Children remain the responsibility of the booking adult, and the setup area should be cleared of fragile or valuable items.
Do you remove all the equipment after the party?+
Yes. Once the booked gaming session finishes, the host switches off, packs and removes all supplied equipment from your home.
