From Arrival to Pack-Down
The exact arrival time is confirmed for your booking, but every event follows this organised process.
Equipment delivery
We unload and bring in the screens, consoles, controllers and specialist equipment for your package.
Installation and testing
Every gaming station is connected, positioned and tested before the booked gameplay begins.
Hosted gameplay starts
Your host introduces the setup, organises games and manages player rotations.
The booked session ends
Gameplay finishes at the confirmed end time: usually 1.5 hours, or 2.5 hours for Tent Party.
Pack-down and departure
We safely disconnect, pack and remove our equipment after the session.

How early do you arrive before the gaming party?+
The agreed arrival time depends on the package, venue access and equipment required. We confirm it before the event.
Is setup time included in the booked gameplay time?+
No. We arrange access before the session so installation and testing can be completed before gameplay begins.
How long does the gaming party last?+
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ultimate sessions start from 1.5 hours. Tent Party includes 2.5 hours of gameplay.
What happens if venue access is delayed?+
Delayed access can affect setup and the scheduled start, so please ensure the venue is available at the agreed arrival time.
How long does pack-down take?+
Pack-down time varies by package and access. We disconnect and remove all supplied equipment after gameplay ends.
