Check Your Venue in Six Steps

These practical details help us plan a safe and efficient setup.

01

Measure the usable area

Allow clear space for the selected number of gaming stations, seated players and safe movement between zones.

02

Clear the setup area

Remove unnecessary furniture, decorations and trip hazards before our arrival wherever possible.

03

Check the power supply

Confirm that suitable working sockets are available near the proposed gaming area.

04

Plan delivery access

Tell us about parking distance, stairs, lifts, narrow entrances or restricted loading times.

05

Confirm venue timings

Make sure we can access the venue early enough to complete installation before guests begin playing.

06

Share any restrictions

Let us know about noise limits, floor protection rules, power restrictions or required collection times.

Venues That Can Work Well

We can adapt the setup to many locations when access, space and power are suitable.

01

Homes

Living rooms, dining areas and other cleared indoor spaces can suit smaller setups.

Community Halls

Open floor space and straightforward access make halls suitable for larger groups.

03

Schools

Classrooms, halls and activity spaces can host organised gaming sessions.

04

Offices

Meeting rooms and event areas can be prepared for corporate gaming events.

05

Event Venues

Private venues can work well when setup and collection access are agreed.

Venue questions

Space & Venue FAQs

Answers specifically about room size, access, power and suitable venues.

How much space do I need for a gaming party?+

Space depends on the chosen package. As a practical starting point, if you have comfortable space for six children, we can usually fit a smaller equipment setup.

Can you set up in a living room?+

Yes, provided there is enough clear floor space, suitable power access and a safe route for bringing in the equipment.

Can a gaming party be held in a hired hall?+

Yes. Halls and event venues work well when access times, parking, power points and setup space are confirmed in advance.

Do you need access to electrical sockets?+

Yes. The setup needs suitable working power sockets close enough to the gaming area. Tell us about any power restrictions before booking.

Can the equipment be set up upstairs?+

Possibly, but stairs, lifts, parking distance and other access restrictions must be discussed before the event so we can confirm suitability.
